Image of Harvey's Brewery in Lewes, England, although in this context is just meant to represent any sort of mass-producing factory. It is the third canvas of a triptych representing Consumption.

Procion dye, conte, marker pen, correction fluid and chalk on primed canvas.

it almost looks like the disease is sort of spewing out of the factory.. interesting painting method. :)

Oh this is wonderful. It looks like an illustration for a sci-fi novel. I enjoy the fact that the sky isn't a solid color..the splatters and lines are a nice touch.

Thank you very much. :) I have not thought of it as a sci-fi image before, as it is really a very old brewery from my local town, but I was pretending in was a factory! Yes the splatters were a lot of fun, I actually did them before the drawing, knowing they were going to be in place. The chalk smoke was done last. Thanks again. :hug:

The mood is achieved so well with the colors! I like how it seems all smudgy and grimy, but still good!
